上文提及一些基本的開場白，今次讓我們講講可以回覆的有什麼語句....
就不同的問題可以有以下的回答方法
B: What is your budget 預算 range ? 你的預算範圍?
e.g.
RENT: My budget would be around 2000 pounds per month. 我預算租金約2000英鎊一個月
PURCHASE: I am looking for house or flat within half a million / 200 thousand pounds
我尋找一些500,000 / 200,000 英鎊之內的房屋或單位.
B: Do you have any particular suburbs or area you are seeking? 你有沒有特定的在考慮之列?
B: We have property for lease 放租and sell 放賣….Are you looking to rent 租or to buy 買? 你係睇緊租還是買的?
e.g. I plan to rent a flat for the first year. 我打算第一年先租住房子。
I am going to purchase a semi-detached house. 我準備購買一間半獨立屋。
I have no preference at all. 我沒有任何特定選擇。
B: What kind 類型of property are you looking for; 現在睇你睇緊邊類型物業 a flat 單位, house 房屋, semi-detached house 半獨立式房屋 …..

B: What size 大小 of the properties are you looking for 你在尋找那一 面積的物業? How many people will be living with you? 多少人與你一同住
E.g. I am looking for a flat of size around 500 sq. feet. 我尋找一個單位大約500尺。
Me and wife, together with my son, David. He needs a separate room. 我和我的妻子及我的兒子大衛。他需要一間獨立房間。
I have no preference at all, all I need is a spacious living room. 我沒有任何特定選擇，我只希望擁有一個寬敞的客廳。
B: What other requirements you may have ? 你有沒有其他的要求?
E.g. A location which is convenient and closer to the public transport. 一個比較接近公共交通及便利的位置。
It's great if the location is closer to the underground station since I work in the CBD area and take the TUBE everyday. (CBD = Central Business District = 商業區) 由於我在CBD商業區工作及每天需要乘搭地下鐵，所以如果位置接近地鐵站就好了。
I prefer some quiet neighbourhood. 我比較喜歡一些寧靜的社區。
My wife prefers somewhere closer to the local primary school. 我太太比較喜歡一些接近本地小學的住所。
I walk the dog two to three times a day. It'll be great if there's park nearby. 我每天會放狗二至三次，所以如果附近有公園就太好了。
Is there any 24 hour clinic or hospital not far from here? 附近有沒有二十四小時的診所或醫院?
Is there any big shopping center or plaza nearby? 附近有沒有大型購物中心或商場?

**在香港， 我們較常接觸的會是當地的大廈單位; 根據一些當地英國經紀網站的資料提供，一般的住宅單位 (Apartment) 平均的面積約為656平方呎。很多時候地下單位會較樓上的單位便宜約20%。 香港跟英國的叫法一樣地下我們會叫作Ground Floor (G/f), 上一層將會是一樓 (在美國 1/F 將會是地下那一層 ) 新落成的單位，由於重新設計; 包含套房en-suites / 露台balconies / 公共空間communal area，因此感覺上會比較寬敞及舒適。
