S: We are calling from ABC Furniture. We would like to schedule a delivery to your home address in Kensington. Are you available this coming Saturday afternoon? 我們是ABC Furniture 打來的，我們想安排送貨前往你Kensington的住宅地址。請問你今個星期六下午方便嗎？
C: Sorry. I am not available this Saturday. How about Monday afternoon? I prefer some time around 3 o’clock! 不好意思，我星期六沒有時間。星期一下午呢？我大約三點會比較方便！
S: That’s fine with us. We will confirm with you on Monday morning. Also, our records show that your address is on the third floor. Is there a lift that can access to your unit? 這個時間我們可以。我們會於星期一早上再和你確認。還有，我們的紀錄顯示你的住所在3樓，請問有沒有電梯可以到達 (access) 你的住所單位？
C: Sorry, there isn’t. 不好意思，沒有。
S: I see. According to our company policy, there will be surcharge to your delivery. In your case, the amount will be 25 pounds. 明白，根據 (according to) 我們的公司政策，我們將會就送貨向你收取附加費 (surcharge)。而在你的情況 (in your case)，價錢將會是25英鎊。
