當我們需要別人幫忙
1) Can you give me a hand? 你可以幫我一下嗎？
2) Can you help me? 你可以幫我？
3) Who can help me? 誰人可以幫我？
4) I need help! 我需要幫忙！
5) I would appreciate it if you could give me a hand. 如果你可以幫我一下我將十分感激 (appreciate)。
6) You are the only one who could help me. 你是唯一一個可以幫到我。
當我們想幫助別人的時候
1) May I help you? 我可以幫你嗎？
2) I am willing to help. 我樂意幫你。
3) How may I help you? 我如何可以幫你？
4) Anything I can do for you? 我有甚麼可以為你做嗎？
5) I will do my best to help. 我會盡力幫忙。
6) Please let me know if you need anything. 如果你需要任何事，請告訴我。
7) Please tell me what you need. 請告訴我你需要什麼。
8) I think I can help. 我想我可以幫忙。
